Why
I Pledge
to Support.

Apart from the data showing increasing prevalence of dementia which we are all familiar with by now, I’ve personally encountered the difficult moments as well as the joyful ones of people with dementia and their families across Asia Pacific.

Their desires are no different, whether in Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Taiwan or Singapore – being understood rather than judged; having access to quality healthcare and social care; staying meaningfully in their homes/community for as long as possible.

Being part of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI), I am motivated to advocate for these basic human rights for people affected by dementia.

Together we can make our communities a better place to live in, one small step at a time.
